Varian Medical Systems together with the Nordic Association for Clinical Physics (NACP) has re-established “The Varian – NACP grant”. The aim of the grant is to support a clinically working physicist in the field of radiation therapy and to encourage research and development in the field.
The grant of 3500 EUR will be awarded once per year to one Nordic physicist that has submitted the best motivation to why he/she should be awarded the grant. If the applicant wants to use the grant for travel to another hospital/clinic/institute, it has to be outside the USA.
