NACP2020-21 Digital Edition update

Dear Nordic friends and colleagues!

This is a reminder about the NACP 2020/21 Symposium - Digital Edition that will take place on April 11 to 13 2021.

Preliminary program
The preliminary program with session titles and invited speakers is now available on the website or you can use this direct link.

The NACP symposium 2020 / 2021 Digital Edition received 78 abstracts from 7 different countries! We want to thank all contributors! Of the 78 submitted abstracts, 34 submitted abstracts were selected as oral presentations and 44 submitted abstracts were selected as poster presentations. The abstract titles and presenting authors for oral and poster presentations are now available on the website or you can use this direct link.

Early Bird Registration deadline March 5

Group Delegate fee up to 10 persons
We want to encourage the facilitation of small local hubs, where colleagues from the same organization may participate together, creating an additional social dimension. The group fee grants access to the digital platform for up to 10 persons. Please note that the group participants are not required to sit together during the symposium. Each group participant get their own individual login and can access the OnAir platform from their own computer. Visit the website for group delegate registration (EUR 600,- ex 25%VAT). The Group Delegate fee is available until March 5.

Interactive digital platform
The NACP 2020/21 Symposium - Digital Edition will be broadcasted on a professional digital conference platform called OnAir. OnAir is a state of the art web based platform truly bringing virtual events to life! It will provide the highest level of digital interactivity between both speakers, participants and exhibitors, smooth user movement between sessions, live discussion forums, virtual poster rooms, virtual exhibition halls, person-to-person video interactions and group video interactions.

More detailed information will follow, but for now – rest assured that the NACP 2020/21 Symposium - Digital Edition will provide you the best digital environment to learn, be inspired and meet up with your medical physics colleagues from all the Nordic countries.
