Optimization of acquisition and post-processing of radiological examinations
The course will cover aspects of theoretical and practical approaches to optimize the image acquisition and post-processing of patient examinations on X-ray modalities such as direct digital radiography (DR) and computed tomography (CT).
The main target audience for the course is medical physicists. Radiologists, technologists other interested professions are welcome.
The course will be held in Bergen, Norway in October 2013 (tentative 9.-11.October).
The course organizers will apply for accreditation by EFOMP as a CPD event for medical physicists according to the CPD program for medical physicists in the Nordic countries.
